Triton Properties was established in 1994 as a Real Estate agent but since then has grown and expanded its scope providing Construction, Design as well as Property and Facility Management.
Triton Properties has been looking after the commercial property assets of high-net-worth individuals and property investment vehicles since the early 2000s.
Our typical client has multi-site property assets ranging upwards of 3m euro. Our largest client owns a portfolio valued at c.15m euro.
At Triton Properties, we take more of a consultative approach, very different to a regular lettings or sales agency. We get to know each of our clients on a personal level and subsequently suggest and tailor our services based on their specific needs, lifestyles and goals.

Integrity above all else. Our fees and charges are disclosed clearly in our agency agreements. All maintenance charges from third-party suppliers are charged to our clients at cost.
